A Delicious Healthy Snack Recipe!

This is one of my favourite snacks! It's a healthy option that tastes so great! I used mixed leaves and left over mushrooms and tomatoes as a side dish, to get this tasty meal, you'll need rice cakes, 1/2 avocados, tomatoes, and mushrooms!
You begin by mushing up the avocado on the rice cake, I then chopped up a tomato and fried the slices (not so healthy, but if you use a healthy option oil, it'll be fine!) you could always opt to not fry the tomato, that's just the way I like it. I then put mushrooms In a bowl and heated them up in a microwave for 1.30 minutes and when that was all done and added, I sprinkled some pepper and salt for added flavour! I love having this with ice cold water, it fills me up and is totally a better option than chocolate or sweets for a snack. If you try this make sure to tell me how you like it In the comments!
